Notre Dame 2024 safety target Brauntae Johnson announced he plans to announce his commitment June 24.
The 6-foot-3, 175-pound recruit attends Fort Wayne (Ind.) North Side and took his official visit to Notre Dame earlier this week.
Johnson is rated as a four-star recruit by Rivals. He is ranked as the No. 4 athlete in the 2024 recruiting class.
He lists Notre Dame in his top 10 along with Cincinnati, Colorado, Louisville, Missouri, Michigan State, Miami (Fla.), Penn State, Purdue and Tennessee.
