What needs to change with recruiting dates that a rule could be implemented no university can talk to, interview any candidates etc for ANY coaching vacancies? HC to special teams coach no hiring or tampering and or sniping can take place until jan 20th.
That way all dust has settled from the prior season...coaches can say goodbyes and complete their season they committed to...
Y'all know I get irritated with the star trek portal and the total lack of comittment by players today.
Committing to a program means little now but....
We need a change from the top down not allowing coaches to bail on their comittment as well at least until after the season concludes.
Perhaps it should be February 1st if schools want to grab NFL coaches who might be involved in the professional playoffs.
We need to change the theme around the college landscape of quitting on a program before a season is actually completed. Coaches first then work on the player side
