Not gonna lie, just didn't have the same energy for this thread as I did for USC. Nonetheless, below is the recap of our beloved game day posters, requiring 2 posts yet again because it surpassed text limits. Sorry in advance @jameskroner3. Mind you our offense had 17pts. on 4 drives in the 1st half, which is not bad at all. So many people clamoring for Buchner the whole game now but forget what that looked like against VT. ND held off on running in another TD at the end of the USC game to make it 38-16. If they simply run it in, they're averaging 41pts./game the last 2 games. The offense is doing just fine. It's almost as if I started a different thread about how ND's offense would likely take off in the 2nd half of the season due to the remaining defenses on the schedule...

For the record, I agree our defense was not the best this game. Lots of room for improvement. Lots of questioning the 3 man fronts by folks, which I've also hated all year, but I do wonder how much of that was needed this game to cover up Hamilton's absence on the back end. That's an honest question, as I simply know nothing about the Xs and Os of this beloved sport of ours. Knee jerk reactions tend to not play out well, though, so be patient folks. Let's also not forget UNC is a top 15 offense in the country.
