This is very reminiscent of the Clemson game in terms of where F+ had both teams ranked during that game week respectively (ND was ranked in the high 20s, and Clemson was ranked in the mid teens).

F+ thinks both programs (USC, and ND) are overrated and hasn't had any of the marquee teams on NDs schedule ranked highly outside of OSU. For example, BYU, UNC, and Syracuse, despite these all being AP-poll ranked wins on NDs schedule, these programs are ranked in the 40-70s in F+.

F+ Top 5 are: Georgia, OSU, Michigan, Alabama, Tennessee (in that order)
