Love this guy's story. Went from a 5.5 rivals athlete with only a year or two of high school football experience, to NDs starting safety during their 2012 championship run. To bench player and captain in his final couple of years.

He's now a starting safety at indianapolis after coming off a year where he earned a starting job early in the season and finished with close to 100 tackles.

There's an article in the indy star (from 2017) about his personality/unlikely rise/etc.: https://www.indystar.com/story/spor...-farley-weird-off-field-surprising/541702001/

To be clear, teammates love Farley. He’s without pretense off the field, and a self-made man on it. Undrafted out of Notre Dame in 2016 and cut by the Arizona Cardinals later that summer, Farley signed with the Colts days before the 2016 opener. One year later he enters the second week of camp as the surprise starter at one safety slot, ahead of 2016 second-round pick T.J. Green, who is bigger, stronger, faster.
