MORONS

Yep, every one of you who questioned and criticized Rees’s ability to be a good offensive coordinator are morons, total morons who don’t have a clue.

One of the greatest coaches in college football history specifically chose Rees to be his Offensive Coordinator !

So who knows more about college football and coaching, Nick Saban or YOU ?

It’s time for all of you morons to step up to the plate, if you have any character and integrity and admit that you were dead wrong.

And don’t try to deflect and divert away from the fact that you were wrong and clueless by saying, “well, we’ll see how he does at Alabama”

Nick Saban, the greatest football coach in college football today has evaluated Tommy Rees and thinks so highly of him that he selected him to be his OC.

With Nick Saban’s selection there can be no stronger endorsement of Tommy Rees’s ability to be a good OC.

So, to all of you morons who doubted Rees’s ability to be a good OC, it’s time to wipe the egg off your face and eat some humble pie and admit that you were dead wrong about Tommy Rees !
LOL. We shall see. Or actually Bama fans will get to see.

Yes we do !

We know that Nick Saban, currently the greatest coach in college football, thinks that TR is a terrific OC and that TR will be a great asset to the Alabama football program.

Tell us, who’s a better evaluator of college football coaches, YOU or Nick Saban ?
No you don't know if he will be a great asset to the Alabama program.

You're full of shit. He can be great there. Or he could get fired after 1 year.

You're lying and a true moron

Stop lying. Are you psychic now??

You’re too stupid to understand that it proves that TR is a highly competent OC.

Or is it now your position that Nick Saban only hires incompetent coaches ?

You know nothing about football !
Never said he was incompetent or a poor coach

Stop lying psychic

Specifically chose Rees, sure after 4 or was it 5 others that passed on the job? jury is still out on Rees, he had his moments We’ll see what he does with more talent and the toughest conference in college ball. But if you think this was Saban’s first choice you’re the MORON

"Pattycakes, you really do need help. It gets quite old listening to you constantly arguing with people. You are an eristic disputatious curmudgeon.
Not really, I’m just pointing out how wrong the legion of morons were by claiming how horrible TR was as an OC.

Evidently the greatest college football coach in modern times thinks quite the opposite.

What gets old is the uninformed legion of morons who incessantly complain about anything and everything.

Should we just agree with everything the morons print, or should they be challenged ?

Are you frightened and fearful of debate ?

Tell us, exactly what choice was TR ?

And who were the others that Saban approached before approaching TR, that turned him down.

And WHY did they turn down the opportunity to be the OC for the greatest college football coach in modern times.

Surely, that position is the stepping stone to a head coaching job, so who turned Saban down for the OC and WHY ?

We await your informed response !

A monkey can be oc at Bama for God sake.
Evidently, one just posted one of the dumbest posts of the year, above.

One of the formulas for success is to surround yourself with high;y skilled personnel, not monkeys like yourself !

OUCH !

Washington OC Ryan Grubb turned down the job.

So who hires someone is more important than someone’s actual results when determining if they are good or not?

Yes, and his performance backs it up. The fact that the #1 coach in CFB hires you to run his offense says all you need to know about how respected coach Rees is. The fact that you could argue that reflects once again on how little you know. You're a message board jockey whose probably never played or coached college ball in your life, and yet you're critiquing both coach Rees abilities, and coach's Sabans decision to hire him. It's laughable. I person with an ounce of character would just admit he's wrong

Grubb, Lebby, Mullin and several others. Obviously you didn’t follow this very closely. “WHY” did they turn down the opportunity? This may shock you but I didn’t participate in the conversations. But it’s common knowledge among Bama fans Rees was not saban’s first choice

2021 - 20th
2022 - 42nd

Our offensive ppg 3 years prior to him becoming OC

2017 - 24th
2018 - 42nd

Was he even better than Chip. Numbers say no.

Those are the actual facts. Which ones are you using?

Well now - let's hear from ND's last Heisman Trophy winner on his opinion about Tommy's time at ND as OC Brown

He may be a good OC next year but he hasn’t been at ND, stats back that up. Terrible qb recruiter and developer before end of last year

so now brown is tom landry? Lots of good players have been horrendous coaches
To my knowledge Tim Brown is not a coach - but, at least IMHO his opinion carries more weight than ANY fan or sports media "expert" (excuse the sarcasm).

Sark is overrated trash to be honest. One of the worst coaches in D1.
Yeah, maybe.... but my comment holds. He went to Bama and parlayed that into a really good HC job. Especially after his fallout at USC, that is saying something. Tommy's move puts him on the fast track to be a HC, plain and simple.

Not really !

When a fan or fans agree with a college football decision made by Nick Saban, and Tim Brown disagrees with Nick Saban’s decision, I’m inclined to believe that those fans opinions carry far more weight than Tim Browns opinion.

Your position implies that Tim Brown knows more than Nick Saban about coaching qualifications and coaching abilities and that Tim Brown is infinitely more qualified when it comes to evaluating college football OC’s.

This clown and Bodie are 100% the same person. Pathetic is nowhere near an appropriate word. Some serious mental help is needed.

Assume that you do realize that Rees was not Saban's first choice as his new OC? Apparently Dan Mullin, Jeff Lebby and Ryan Grubb, (amongst others) all told Nick "no thanks" - which I find interesting. Turnover Tommy....come on down!

Only if you can quote Nick Saban's playing resume to me.
Sure,

in high school Saban played QB on the West Virginia state championship team.

He then went on to play Defensive back at Kent State.

But, the issue at hand isn’t about playing, it’s about coaching !

Saban then went on to coach at Kent State, Syracuse, West Virginia, Ohio State, Navy, Michigan State, Houston Oilers, Toledo, Cleveland Browns, Michigan State, LSU, Miami Dolphins and Alabama.

His resume is beyond impressive.
No other college coach has won as many National Championships as Nick Saban AND he won National Championships at several colleges.

Some call him the greatest college football coach of all time.

But what does he know about coaching in comparison to you, Get Nasty, Tim Brown and Golson5 ?

The reality is that “TheSkiBro” and others have been highly critical of TR’s abilities as OC for years, and then along comes the greatest coach in college football history and he hires TR as his OC, making ”TheSkiBro” and others look like complete know nothing fools.

And rather than admit that they may have been wrong about TR “TheSkiBro”, showing his blatant ignorance when it comes to football, doubles down and creates a thread demeaning TR and Saban’s decision.

It’s absolutely unbelievable that anyone could be that incredibly stupid, but lo and behold, they are and they participate on this site

You just can’t make that shit up !

So what ?

‘The fact that Saban had TR on his list of potential OC’s speaks volumes when it comes to TR’s abilities as an OC

So what does the fact that BK hired BVG and kept him on the staff say about him?

Since these coaches are perfect right?

How come no one responded to the one post that included actual data and metrics? Let’s do a deeper dive and see how Tommy’s O performed against Top 25 defenses, Id bet his numbers were inflated by whooping up on the cupcakes but then again he mustered 7 points through 3 quarters against Marshal and 12 yards in the 2nd half against Navy.

Totally agree with you. Tommy is a very talented play caller. The name Alabama will help his recruiting efforts.

It sucks that he is leaving but I get it. Bama is at the highest level of College football. Tommy will eventually be calling plays on Sunday’s

I didn’t realize that the burden for the players failing to execute on the field falls on the OC’s shoulders.

When did that happen ?

You have nothing. Got ya again Patty
Since when is exposing you as a total fool for equating Kelly’s coaching abilities and coaching record with Saban’s coaching abilities and coaching record “NOTHING” ? ? ?

“Nothing” ….. That’s what you know about football …… NOTHING !
