There's projected to be as many as 12 NFL HC job openings this upcoming offseason and HC MF has been linked to some of these jobs as per NFL Network & ESPN
Faux fan...There's projected to be as many as 12 NFL HC job openings this upcoming offseason and HC MF has been linked to some of these jobs as per NFL Network & ESPN
As always, he's trying to start controversy where there is none. What an incredibly inane question
Who, specifically, linked MF to some of those jobs, and which jobs ?
Exactly right. Absolutely nothing in his response would even remotely suggest that MF is " fed up " with the administration at ND. What an attention whore Chase is. It's what you do when your football knowledge is limited to the number of stars next to a name.As always, he's trying to start controversy where there is none.
What if the LSU finishes 6-6, the LSU football community completely implodes, they fire BK, and then hire MF. And MF takes the job, and is gone. For the same nominal reasons. It's just too hard to win a championship at ND. MF's recruiting is probably worse than BK's, at least as far as the rankings. Meaning, he's probably finding very good program fits, and the truth is he's recruiting beautifully for ND, but he just has to shop in a different aisle. That whole paradigm. No surprise here------successful HC who is a minority.
Get used to it. He'll be courted if this continues.
Everyone in this forum is now dumber for having read that....What if the LSU finishes 6-6, the LSU football community completely implodes, they fire BK, and then hire MF. And so he's off to the SEC! That would be classic. Maybe we could promote Al Golden in that case. That might not be a bad consolation prize.

More silly trolling. It's time to give it up and try to get some real information before posting. There's projected to be as many as 12 NFL HC job openings this upcoming offseason and HC MF has been linked to some of these jobs as per NFL Network & ESPN
I dont know man, he was asked point blank about the rumors and i didn't really think the response he gave was that reassuring.More silly trolling. It's time to give it up and try to get some real information before posting.

When you consider how far behind ND is in terms of talent acquisition, NIL budget, etc. its not surprising when really good coaches start flirting with better options.
This is nuts. Another made up narrative.I dont know man, he was asked point blank about the rumors and i didn't really think the response he gave was that reassuring.

There's so much erroneous takes attributed to me on this board its not even funny. I've done nothing but talk up Marcus Freeman the head coach for going on 2 seasons now. The coaching has been top notch since the start of the BK era. Its the talent acquisition side of the football operations that needs to come out of the stone ages and that i deride on this forum constantly (but not the coaching)This "really good coach" is the same guy you were trashing after ND lost to NIU earlier this season. Once again, you speak out of both sides of your mouth.

It just ain't workin' for you! It's time to find another hobby, like chess or rugby.I dont know man, he was asked point blank about the rumors and i didn't really think the response he gave was that reassuring.

That dude could never have played rugby. He was limited to the Chess Club and Debate Team in HS.It just ain't workin' for you! It's time to find another hobby, like chess or rugby.

You know what you may be right. I have such an irrational passion for Notre Dame football and it consumes a lot of my thought, energy, time, etc. and for what?It just ain't workin' for you! It's time to find another hobby, like chess or rugby.
Best news I’ve heard in a while. You know what you may be right. I have such an irrational passion for Notre Dame football and it consumes a lot of my thought, energy, time, etc. and for what?
I feel like I really have my finger on the pulse of the issues that have prevented Notre Dame from winning national titles over the last 35 years but no matter how much it makes sense to me and no matter how much I try to explain why it's not going to convince anybody otherwise or change the way anything is ran for the better.
All of this energy invested in essentially pointing out the flaws in the program and hoping to inspire change for the better is a waste of my time and energy that can be invested in something far greater/more profound. Thanks for helping me see that.
You certainly are enthusiastic about the team and its relative position based on verifiable observations. Heaven knows this place needs more posters like you!You know what you may be right. What a pompous ass. This poster thinks he has all of the answers. The guy who knows less about college football than any other poster on this board now tells us that he has the finger on the pulse of ND. Just a buffoon.I feel like I really have my finger on the pulse of the issues that have prevented Notre Dame from winning national titles over the last 35 years but no matter how much it makes sense to me and no matter how much I try to explain why it's not going to convince anybody otherwise or change the way anything is ran for the better.

All he knows is the number of stars given to high school kids by subjective sources. Has no actual " football " knowledge at all. What a pompous ass. This poster thinks he has all of the answers. At least pass it around...he has been smoking the whole thing. LolLMFAO, smoke another bowl!
LOL! That is awesome. He'll never leave ND - EVER. Because he's not a piece of shit. And I guess if he ever does, then the rest of the story writes itself...He is not a POS so that’s not gonna happen.
We are competitive in NIL and Michigan will be average again next yearJust read Michigan is putting 50 Million on NIL on the table for 2025. Not sure ND is willing to match that kind of money. But we will have to if we want to keep up with the Jones's of college football.
and they just spent 20% of it on an unproven QB. 😂Just read Michigan is putting 50 Million on NIL on the table for 2025. Not sure ND is willing to match that kind of money. But we will have to if we want to keep up with the Jones's of college football.
