You will have to register to get on twitter ( it's simple ) When you see a flood light shinning on a ND logo an announcement on a new recruit will be coming soon.

I have a Twitter account which I just use to read ND news. That is where you'll find the Bat signals come out. All you have to do is sign up and stay logged in.

Like others said, the best way to see it is to follow all of the coaches on twitter...

In my experience, when it is an offensive recruit, Rees seems to be the first one to post the signal...Same is true of Freeman on "D"...

But it can come from any of them, so as long as you have them all followed, you are bound to catch it.
