Apparently EJ Holland is up to no good once again. Shocker.

Here's what Joseph Patrick, the father of new Notre Dame offensive line commit Gregory Patrick, tweeted today without naming the reporter. But I think we can all connect the dots. I'll link to the first tweet of the thread below and paste the whole thing under that.

"For whom it may concern: any insight a certain UM recruiting reporter might be giving into my son's recruitment and his selection of Notre Dame are straight out lies. Unless he knows more about his recruitment than his father.

"At @On3Recruits and @TheWolverineOn3 do better. This is an unfortunate byproduct of the recruiting industry, where driving engagement is more important than facts. Its the day and age we live in but I don't like lies about a 16 year old kid posted.

"So let me say this: --NIL was never discussed and it wasn't a factor in this decision. ND has NIL--THAT IS WHAT WE KNOW.--Culture, relationships, education, development, tradition..that is what drove the decision.--Nothing but respect for the UM program and their coaches..

"--The amount of time they have is finite, and if my son wasn't a player they wanted they surely had a weird strategy of offering him a scholarship as a sophomore and having on him on numerous visits and Coach Moore visiting his school twice. UM did a great job recruiting him..

"Coach Moore and Coach Newsome are great. Both have bright futures. In state kids they offer ARE IMPORTANT RECRUITS. They have to be. You need to protect your own turf. Outside of one reporter,
@On3Recruits have been good to deal with.

"Thank you all for your time. Much appreciated. Looking forward to Gregory now being dropped in their recruiting rankings."
