I'm confused regarding your comments about Bob Davie. When he left ND he trashed Lou and the school. He deserved to be fired. Not sure to this day what a Bob Davie offense is. Matt Lavecchio at QB!! Really ! But nothing was ever Bob's fault. I believe he compared ND to the Academies. Bob was always willing to take a swipe at someone else for his shortcomings. I thought the opposite, he was classless! And if he didn't trash ND to UM we may have some titles.
