Whatever happened with Foskey, etc?

Foskey is announcing at his school on National signing day and is expected to sign with Notre Dame. Not sure what the latest is with Asa Turner but he is another possibility

Some talkheads are saying both will end up at ND. SBT identified a running back that's very interested in ND too. I'm not a subscriber to the website so I got very little information.
