It might not even be Prather, but I thought the Maryland WR (same last name) was him. Whatever happened to that kid? Didn't he sign with Northwestern?

Exactly. "Funny" as fans how we get so upset when a kid doesn't sign but more often than not they end up unimpressive.
Jordan Johnson, left after a year and I’m not sure he ever took another snap on CFB.
