I didnt realize Army moved from indy to AAC this year. If they both win out in conference play we are gonna get 2 straight weeks of Army vs Navy. Sign me up for that.
And the weird thing is they would play the Conf Champ game before their "regular season game" say Army only loss is to ND & they win the CCG Navy could have a chance to knock them out of the playoffs the next week. That would be the biggest game Army/Navy played in our lifetimes.

Navy got shellacked by lousy Rice last week.

Not signing up.

Sucks Navy lost to Rice. Tulane can take Navy’s place in the AAC title game if they win. Navy up 21-0 on 4-4 USF.

Definitely want to see back to back Army Navy games.

And you wonder why nobody likes you. Have you ever considered prozac?
Frankly, Army IMO is no different than Navy. And there’s nothing wrong with that. Army has no business being ranked just like Navy had no business being ranked in the top 25 because their schedule doesn’t warrant it.

I definitely want to see that as well. I don't know what that says about CFB, perhaps that CCGs really are a nuisance. But for some reason it would be obviously very cool if that happened. Navy losing to Rice who were so bad they had just fired their coach probably put a spoke in that wheel, which sucks. But if they can beat Tulane and beat Army, then you'd have it.

They would just have to beat Tulane and win out. I dont think the Army vs Navy game is an official AAC game because its played after the AAC champ game. The real question if Army wins out & only loss to ND would the playoff commitee have to wait an extra week to determine the G5 auto qualifer.

I’m fairly certain you’re correct about Army/Navy not being an AAC game.

The last playoff poll occurs before the game so I get the sense that it just doesn’t count for the poll, which would be quite interesting that the game could have national championship implications for the first time since God knows when…and it doesn’t count for that.

Right, that's right. Forgive me for that. That would be three times they play each other. They just need to beat Tulane, and otherwise stay undefeated in conference. As does Army.
