Alabama and Notre Dame are IN the CFP regardless of a win/loss in the SEC and ACC title games. There is no chance that a 10-1 Alabama or 10-1 Notre Dame team will be left out of the final 4.
Ohio State beats Northwestern they are IN, they lose they are OUT.
Clemson beats Notre Dame they are IN, they lose and they need an Ohio State loss to be the first 2 loss team ever in the CFP.
Texas A&M beats Tennessee and they need an Ohio State loss AND a Clemson loss to be IN and that's not guaranteed at all.
The biggest argument that would be awesome is if Notre Dame wins another close game vs. Clemson. I could make a great argument that a 9-2 Clemson team with their only 2 losses to an excellent Notre Dame team are still much better than an 8-1 Texas A&M team.
