According to Pro Football Focus' film review of Saturday night's 28-20 Notre Dame victory over No. 16 BYU, the top five offensive performers for the Irish were:

1, Michael Mayer 92.7 (duh)
2. Drew Pyne 81.8
3. Jayden Thomas 80.5
4. Blake Fisher 75.9
5. Audric Estimé 68.8

This was the Jayden Thomas we had seen in practice in training camp when he was fully healthy. Notre Dame needs him to consistently be that guy. ... Best game of the year so far for Fisher.

Here are the top five defensive players:

1. Jack Kiser 84.2
2. Jayson Ademilola 76.8
3. Cam Hart 76.4
4. Justin Ademilola 73.6
5. Brandon Joseph 71.8

Kiser played just 27 snaps and very little at all after JD Bertrand's targeting suspension ended at halftime. Bertrand played 28 snaps, all in the second half. They don't play the same position. but Bertrand's playing time does affect the overall linebacker rotation. Kiser is ND's highest-rated linebacker on the season and fouth-highest defender overall (73.4). Among ND's LB rotation of Kiser, Bertrand, Bauer, Liufau and now Prince Kollie, Bertrand is the lowest-graded at 60.5.

ND's highest-graded players cumulatively on offense for the season:

1. LT Joe Alt 90.2
2. TE Michael Mayer 88.5
3. RB Audric Estimé 75.5
4. LG Jarrett Patterson 69.0
5. WR Matt Salerno 68.6

On defense, it's:

1. DE Isaiah Foskey 77.1
2. DT Chris Smith 76.3
2. DT/NG Howard Cross 74.1
4. LB Jack Kiser 73.4
5. S Brandon Joseph 70.2
