Surprised no one has mentioned it. Or i missed it.Voted for a couple weeks ago. Only the Big 12 and SEC voted against it. A long time coming.

Not sure what recent vote you're referring to, but the NCAA changed the rule to allow 4 year scholarships starting back in 2013.

Thanks. I didn't realize the NCAA made them mandatory. I wonder how much it was motivated by the NLRB's decision with the Northwestern players.
