If the Irish shoot statistically as well as the have all season they will defeat most teams. If they shoot better than average they can beat virtually every team yet if they shoot poorly they can lose to an average team.

IMO a start to getting to a final four would be to win the ACC tourney. That would go a long way from a confidence level within the team. Beating a UVA and a Duke could possibly give them a number 1 /2 seed. So if they finish 26-5 reg season ( 14-4) and win 3 games 29-5 and ACC Championship could result in a number 1 seed. Kentucky, Nova, Zona and ND / UVA as number 1 seeds . Just a thought . Why not ?
